UV and equipment safety

Direct exposure to germicidal UV can injure eyes and skin. Follow the equipment’s isolation, shielding and service instructions; do not use a conceptual diagram as a wiring or plumbing plan. Performance depends on the exact system, application and operating conditions. UV does not substitute for appropriate filtration, water testing or corrective treatment. See the safety guide.
